AAA Industry Co., Ltd is located in Shunde, Guangdong, which
is well-known as China’s kingdom of home appliances production.
Being situated near national highway No.105 to the north and
joining Beijiao port to the south, it is very convenient for
transportation by land or water.
AAA Company is
a manufacturer that has specialized in the production of household
electrical appliances for a period of 12 years, focusing on
the production of mid-and-high-grade electric fans, electric
cookers and electric hotpots.
Public appraisal
has led to the company being selected as "an advanced
private enterprise", "an enterprise that abides
by contracts and keeps its word", and a council member
of Guangdong Quality (a magazine); it has also the honor of
achieving the title of "Chinese brand-name and quality
products", and gained a gold medal at China’s Home Appliances
Exposition.
The company has
a modern office building with all necessary functions, inside
which there are specialized office areas, conference rooms,
product demonstration halls, discussion rooms, recreational
halls and more. The large factory building occupies an area
of over 20,000sq m, and the spacious warehouses contain more
than 200 pieces/sets of new-style mechanical equipment.
The company now
has more than 1,500 employees, working in an assembler, injection
molding workshops, an electrical motors factory, an electronics
factory, a punch factory and a hood factory, etc. It has a
capacity of manufacturing over 5 million sets of products
yearly.
The assembler
owns a total of 12 automatic flow production lines, 26 sets
of auto-testing equipment and the electric cooker auto-cooling
system, which has a daily output of no less than 15,000 sets;
the daily yield of the electric motor workshops can reach
10,000 sets.
The company has
achieved ISO9001-2000 international quality management system
certification and has obtained the right to engage in import
and export independently as one of China’s manufacturers.
It has a production-for-export permit for machinery and electrical
appliances and has also acquired foreign and domestic product
certificates such as the CCC/CE/UL/GS/CB. The People’s Insurance
Company of China has underwritten all of its products. It
has established the Dier International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd,
and also set up AAA No.1 branch (International Sales Department)
in Mainland China which is responsible for overseas business.
Currently, products
made by the company are selling in large amounts to many nations
and regions around the globe such as the USA, Canada, UK,
France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia,
Iran, Sri Lanka, Egypt and Dominica.

quality management.

Quality control
is the focus for the corporate inside management. To better
control the quality of products, the company is staffed with
IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC and QA. Quality control not only focuses
on incoming materials and the examination of the production
flow, but also places emphasis on improving and uplifting
quality. The company has deployed a number of sets of fully
automatic computer micro-electronic testing systems and safety
testing instruments, and thus the whole process of production
can embody the management guideline: "prevention is our
top priority"; by adopting this control method unqualified
products are nipped in the bud and the company has basically
accomplished zero-deficiency in relation to its product quality.
During the course
of examination of incoming materials, all major components
and parts like electric warming trays, magnetic steel temperature
limiters and double metal sheets must undergo complete testing.
Other raw materials will go through sampling checks, and there
is a guarantee that all raw materials entering the warehouses
will have an acceptance rate exceeding 96%.
During routine
manufacturing, IPQC must implement complete monitoring on
the first set of products, including product characteristics,
interior structure and parts and components and so on. Afterwards
a random circuit examination follows, during which the operator
is required to immediately stop the function when abnormal
phenomena appear, and take corrective countermeasures until
any breakdown is fixed.
Key control point
targeting has been implemented, to take on emphatic monitoring,
thus avoiding the creation of defective items.
For the examination
of ex-works finished products, OQC will check on the packing,
appearance requirements, mechanical characteristics, safety
functions and installation structures of the products by way
of complete sampling tests and a serial type test. Only products
that pass this examination will leave the factory. When products
fail to meet the required standard, the Quality Control Department
will analyze and diagnose them, and draw up appropriate proposals
for correction to avoid similar problems recurring.
Thanks to fine
quality control systems and effective control measures, the
quality of products made by the company is fully guaranteed.
This will fulfill the operational concept of "sustainable
uplifting".
The Tech Development
Department is one of eight departments in the company. It
boasts over 30 engineering technicians and is mainly responsible
for the maintenance and perfection of the corporate quality
control systems, product quality planning and the design and
development of new products. Of these, there are designated
staff who separately control the maintenance of quality control
systems, the mapping out of quality goals, the design of appearances,
the design of interior structures, the design of electronic
circuits and packaging.
Based on the
different products of the company, the Tech Development Department
has drawn up separately a series of processing technique documents
such as a Processing Technique Flow Chart and Operational
Guidebook for electric fans, electric cookers and electric
hotpots. In these there are stringent requirements for operational
procedures, operational methods, tech specifications as well
as key attention points, and there are detailed instructions
on key parts and components as well as key posts; there are
also strict requirements on examination standards, procedures,
methods, programs, sampling plans and product properties.
Products and labor are thus uniform and standardized.
All during the
process of the designing and developing of products, we uphold
the guideline of "low cost, high quality". Engineering
staff from the Tech Development Department will, in accordance
with customer and market information, make an initial plan
on the appearances, texture of materials, inner functions
and specifications of or for the products and in line with
this plan, make a design on the appearance standard and interior
structures. Following this they undertake a process of strict
proof, appraisal, certification and confirmation for the appearance
and interior structures of different products, and finally
create a development cycle plan, to make sure that the product
development plan can be completed on schedule and to the required
standard.
Thanks to the
tech development management system and high quality research
and development groups, the renewal rate of our products has
achieved over 90% annually. More than 4 million sets of products
manufactured yearly by the company are reaching every corner
worldwide with their superior quality and fine credibility.
The electric motor
is the heart of a fan and determines the lifespan of a fan.
The electric motors with the brand name AAA are all made with
choice high-order materials, have high quality workmanship,
and have a lifespan of over 3 years with normal use.
In the course
of choosing materials, the electric motors of AAA electric
fans adopt high-intensity double-layer insulation polyester
enamel-insulated wires, and Pumaweike lubricating grease,
to enable the motors to have a longer lifespan; they utilize
self-oiling bearings, to make the motors quieter, and have
a longer durability; ultra-temperature protection and control
devices are also used to give a greater safety factor.
The development
of all types of new electric motors undergo many integral
function tests such as wind speed, winding temperature-rising
and mechanical characteristics. Only when they are confirmed
faultless, can they be put into production.
For the manufacture
of electric motor winding an imported microcomputer control
system is adopted, to make the winding more accurate and more
efficient.
Embedding wires
on the windings, a meticulous hand operation, highlights the
delicacy and perfection of the products.
To make sure
that the electric motors have a reliable function, during
the manufacturing process, the finished and semi-finished
products all go through a series of structure and character
tests.
Material-choosing
and tech requirements for electric cookers and electric hotpots
has a direct impact on their lifespan and safety function.
Materials chosen for electric cookers and electric hotpots
with a brand name of AAA adopt a superior-quality aluminum
alloy liner and super anti-adhesive coating. This ensure that
the liner is less likely to distort, will be more firm and
durable and easier to clean. The plastic outer shells adopt
high-temperature-proof and high-glossy PP plastics, which
makes the appearance of the products more attractive, and
the products safer to use (temperature-proof exceeding 135℃).
Interior arrangements adopt double-layer high-temperature-proof
fluorine plastic lead, fine micro-motion switches, ultra-temperature
protection devices, thus creating a longer lifespan and a
higher safety property.
During the manufacturing
stage of the electric cookers and hotpots, auto-cooling systems
are adopted, and by using fully automatic computer micro-electronic
testing systems, specified testing programs for each product
undergo such tests as ground resistance, heat protection,
heat resistance, power, electric current leakage and electric
intensity. The product quality is thus sufficiently guaranteed.
